our first grade program
Music
First Graders have Music twice a week for 30 minutes. They enjoy individual and group experiences that enable learners to acquire knowledge, skills and an appreciation for music and have the opportunity to experience beat, rhythm, melody and harmony in a sequential way to enhance both skill and understanding. Students are also introduced to solfeggio, using hand signs and syllables to find pitch and relate it to music.
