Admissions, Business Office and Financial Aid

Admissions

The School holds a variety of admissions events for prospective parents interested in applying to St. Anne’s School. Please refer to the Admissions Calendar for the schedule. Admissions information, policies and procedures are available from the Admissions Office. More information is available on the Admissions Page.

Re-Enrollment

Re-enrollment begins in January. If you do not receive a re-enrollment package in January, please contact the Business Office immediately. If the office has not received an enrollment contract by the February deadline, spaces will be opened and available to the general public.

Tuitions Payments

Parents are expected to pay tuition on time, according to one of the three payment schedules outlined in the tuition fee schedule provided with the student’s enrollment contract. Parents selecting the two-payment or nine-payment plans are required to make their payments through FACTS Management Company. Enrollment in the FACTS program must be done on a timely basis in order for tuition payments to be on time. If there is difficulty keeping a payment schedule, families should notify the Business Office immediately. Below is the collection policy for late tuition payments.

  • Fifteen days late—parents receive a written notification from the Business Office.
  • Thirty days late—the School’s representative calls the parents to request payment.
  • Forty-five days late—a certified letter is sent, requesting payment in full and notifying the parents that the account will be referred to a collection agent if the debt reaches 60 days.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid Committee oversees the confidential application process and distribution of aid. Financial aid is based on need, which is determined by an application that includes the School and Student Service for Financial Aid’s review of the Parents Financial Statement, and other information provided directly to St. Anne’s School of Annapolis. Information and applications may be obtained from the Financial Aid Office, and must be submitted by February 27 for the coming academic year. Financial aid is awarded to returning students in April of each year. Additional information is available at our Financial Aid page.
