New Parents
It is with great pleasure and excitement that we welcome you and your family to the St. Anne's School of Annapolis community! The next few months will be full of exciting news about the upcoming school year. Whether this is the beginning of your child's learning journey or you are joining us from another school, our entire staff is here to make your transition as seamless as possible and we look forward to helping you get acquainted with our school and programs. What Happens Next?
Summer Reading, Forms, Supplies, Etc.
Forms required for the 2012-2013 school year will be delivered electronically in the early summer. These types of forms include emergency information forms, immunization forms and registration for Extended Care and our Afternoon Enrichment Program (AEP). At the same time, you will also receive resources to help you and your student prepare for the upcoming school year, including school supply lists and summer assignments for Middle School students.
Communications
Starting in the summer, you will receive our e-newsletter, The Constellation. The Communications Office publishes The Constellation weekly throughout the school year and monthly during the summer. All emails from the Communications Office will come from the email address communications@St.AnnesSchool.org. Please add this email address to the safe sender list to ensure you receive emails from our school. You may also want to check your spam or junk mail folder periodically during this time to make sure other important emails from the domain @St.AnnesSchool.org are not being blocked. Our school website, St.AnnesSchool.org, is full of resources for your family. The website is where you can find the information you need about programs at the school, as well as keep up-to-date with calendars and announcements, which are updated frequently. Most information for parents can be found underneath the Parents link that is accessible on every page of the website. Here you will find information about everything from our Afternoon Enrichment Program (AEP) to Uniforms to Extended Care to Parents Association Lunch Program to Transportation. We have also provided a list of Quick Links at the bottom of this page to give you easy access to the most popular pages for new parents. During the summer, you will also receive access to our Online Parent Directory. School Forms - School forms for the 2012-2013 school year will be available in the early summer.
School Supplies - School supply lists for the 2012-2013 school year will be availalbe in the early summer.
Calendars: All school closures and events are posted on the School Calendar. New events are also posted as they are scheduled. Please refer to School Calendar for the most up-to-date information about events at our school. Our Sports Calendar includes updates when games are rescheduled. Admissions and Financial Aid Calendars provide specific dates for those matters.

Uniforms: This page includes everything you need to know about uniform policies and ordering options for the 2012-2013 school year.
Extended Care: This page describes our extended care options. Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will begin in the early summer.
Lunches: This page explains the lunch programs organized by the Parents Association. Registration for the 2012-2013 school year will begin in the late summer.
Enrich Annapolis: This page lists our offering of after school classes, music lessons and tutoring services. Classes are offered on a seasonal and yearly basis. Registration for fall and full year classes will begin in the summer.
Camp Annapolis: Our summer camp, Camp Annapolis, is open to all children in our community.
Transportation: This page explains our transportation options for families. Pre-registration for the Bowie Bus is now available. Pre-registration is open until Friday, June 8. Open registration will begin on Friday, June 29.
